- Athletic Centre The Athletic Centre has a comprehensive set of recreational programs for you. Aquatics, clubs, dance and movement, fitness, open recreation, personal training, skating, strength and conditioning and track are just some of the programs we offer. Drop-in activities are FREE to members and do not require registration. All U of T students are automatically members at the Athletic Centre and Varsity Centre.
- Hart House / Drop-in Fitness Drop-in fitness classes at Hart House are free for U of T students and Hart House Fitness Centre members. Try something new or push yourself to a new level of strength and health. Choose Stretch, Step, Zumba®, Boot Camp, Hi/Lo or one of our popular speciality classes such as Movin’ Muscle or our Fusion classes. Our energetic instructors make classes fun, welcoming and suitable for every level.
- Department of Physical Education, Athletics and Recreation The UTM Department of Physical Education, Athletics and Recreation has a set Casual Coed Open Recreation Schedule that is available to all current University of Toronto students and fee paying members at UTM. In the gym we have set times for badminton, basketball, fitness, indoor cricket, volleyball and indoor soccer from Monday to Friday. We also have set times for women’s-only recreation, including women’s-only swim times. Outdoors in the fall term, weather permitting, we have soccer, basketball, tennis and beach volleyball at set open rec times.
